Community Job Creation
Chalo provides employment to over 40 community members across hospitality, farming, maintenance, and administration. Every role is a step toward economic independence for families in our surrounding villages.
Women in Construction
Over 60% of our construction team were women — a deliberate decision to break industry norms. These women built the villas you sleep in, learning trades and earning incomes that transformed their households.
Supporting Local Farmers
What we cannot grow ourselves, we source from local smallholder farmers. Fair prices, consistent orders, and agricultural training help strengthen the region's food ecosystem and farmer livelihoods.
Education Scholarships
A portion of every booking supports our education fund, providing scholarships for children in our community to attend secondary school and vocational training programs.
